Late Late Show & Coffee!
All smiles at the Late, Late!
This weekend was another eventful one.

I ended up on the Late Late Show which was great. They are a great crew in there and it was a laugh.

I didn't get to see much before I was on because I had to take material from the new show (I Am The Band) and choose and condense five minutes of stuff. This always messes with your head because you are afraid that you will break into the show version instinctively rather than the concise version that you have just adapted. It makes you sharper and more nervous but it seemed to go down well.

I met up with Jack L. I am a huge fan and we hadn't met in about ten years. The last time we had a drink was in Dolan's warehouse in Limerick; a venue which Jack L rates as one of the best rock venues in the country and I agree.

We also stood for a photo with Rosanna Davidson (and who wouldn't), i think she is a very smart lady. It was the second time that I've met her and I have to say she comes across incredibly well and is far more tuned in than her critics give her credit for. I think in the photo Jack L and myself are like two boys posing with the bishop after getting our holy communion and don't know what to say! We were completely lost for words, but she was one very cool lady.

Monica Loughman was the ballerina, she could do things with those legs ...... Man........ she was fabulous, and I later found out, Jack L's cousin. Talented bunch.

I had to get a photo with Louis to prove to my X Factor mad kids that I know him. Fair play Louis, gas man but not sure about the hair Louis!

I wrote this blog while in a coffee shop this morning near my office. Great coffee but the size of the mug! You could drink it, get rid of some unwanted kittens in a bag and still have some left to wash the van. Easy on the portions - I'm wired to the moon! Till next time.
